Kadian
As the co-founder and Managing Partner of Elite Wealth Advisors, Kadian is dedicated to her mission of helping clients optimize their finances. After completing her master's degree in finance at Eastern Michigan University, she relocated to Atlanta to embark on her career in financial services at Georgia Financial Advisors.
Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, the island's business capital, Kadian has always harbored a passion for finance. In her role as a comprehensive financial advisor, Kadian takes pride in fostering enduring relationships with her clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Through years of dedication, she has cultivated a profound expertise in financial planning and wealth management strategies. In two years, she demonstrated exceptional dedication, determination, and talent, which allowed her to rapidly advance and break barriers as the first black female district manager in the company's history.
Her accomplishment highlights her commitment to excellence, leadership capabilities, and ability to overcome challenges. These qualities ultimately led her to embark on a new venture, founding Elite Wealth Advisors. Kadian firmly believes in the essence of perpetual learning and development and is focused on advancing her career to assist families in unlocking their financial potential.
When she isn't engaged in client work, Kadian indulges her love for travel, eagerly exploring new countries and immersing herself in diverse cultures. Additionally, she cherishes moments spent with her family.
Amberly
Amberly started her career in Orlando, Florida, where she quickly distinguished herself at Florida Financial Advisors as one of the top-performing individual advisors. Her dedication and expertise led to her historic promotion as the first female District Manager, where she not only excelled in managing a team of advisors but also instilled in them the principles of success in financial planning. While leading her team, Amberly remained committed to her clients by continuing to provide them with top-level financial planning and investment management services.
In 2022, Amberly was promoted to be the first District Manager in the company's newest branch, Georgia Financial Advisors. She took her leadership skills from Orlando to Atlanta to help build up what will soon be one of the companies' highest achieving locations. After consistently leading one of the company's top teams of advisors, she made the decision to put her focus back into her individual business by founding Elevate Wealth Advisors.
Amberly's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, complemented by an Actuarial Science Certificate. She is from the small town of Blue Ridge, Georgia but she now calls Atlanta home. Beyond her professional pursuits, Amberly finds joy in watching and playing sports, exploring new culinary adventures, and cherishing time with family and friends.
